This policy explains what information Essor collects when you visit essorgrowth.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Essor is a growth and media consultancy based in New York. If you have a question about this policy or your information, email [email protected].

What we collect

Discovery call requests. When you use the request form, we receive your name, work email, company, monthly ad spend range and anything you write in the message box.
Newsletter sign-ups. When you subscribe, we receive your email address.
Emails you send us. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include.
Site usage. We use analytics to understand how people find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are, the device and browser used, and which site or link brought them here.

We don't ask for payment details, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

How we use it

To reply to your request and arrange a discovery call.
To send the newsletter you asked for. Every issue includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can just reply and ask.
To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve it.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

If you're in the EU, UK or Switzerland, we rely on your consent for analytics cookies and the newsletter, and on our legitimate interest in responding to requests you send us.

Cookies and analytics

We use two analytics tools:

Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites.
Google Analytics, which uses cookies to count visits and understand how the site is used. In the EU, UK and Switzerland, Google Analytics cookies are off until you accept them in the cookie banner.

The site also remembers your light or dark mode choice and your cookie choice in your browser. These stay on your device and aren't sent to us.

Who helps us run the site

We use a small number of service providers, who only process information to provide their service to us:

Cloudflare hosts the site and provides cookie-free analytics.
Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox.
Google provides Google Analytics and our email (Google Workspace).

Some of these providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and email conversations for as long as they're useful for working together, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account. If you'd like something deleted sooner, ask us.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
